Premier Mortgage Associates (PMA) is a national mortgage lender operating in 48 states, yet customers knew them as US Mortgage of "XYZ State". That patchwork of state identities left the brand disjointed despite the company’s success. I was brought on to unify and modernize it for sustainable growth without losing the equity it had already built. The challenge was to elevate the brand while keeping it instantly recognizable. I established core brand principles rooted in customer-first values and let them shape the visual direction. The result is a refreshed logo inspired by the American flag, a homage to their previous brand of "US Mortgage", and a redesigned digital presence that leads with service and integrity, reinforcing PMA’s commitment to customer care.
